What follows 'HAS NOTHING' whatsoever to do with the discussion on paint quality
raised by Ron earlier today. I received this message yesterday. Here is the
essence: 	
	
1. Total Electronics will not accept any electrical restoration or repair
projects for at least one year. Perhaps none, ever. Parts are too difficult to
obtain and the work is too time consuming for the amount he feels he can
reasonably charge.	
	
2. N0ALO has returned to full time work and will no longer be doing front panels
and dials for Total Electronics. Lynn 'may' produce a few from his completed
master templates as time permits. This will be done direct, however, not through
Total Electronics. 	
	
3. Total Electronics will continue to supply paint as long as it is a profitable
venture. They are offering a discount of ten percent on all paint items for the
month of June, by the way.    		
	
4. Total Electronics will continue to do cabinet restoration and front panels
'as time' permits. Perhaps by appointment only - kind of sort of.	
	
The personal disasters that have beset Mike Shelton the past year have taken a
huge toll on his health, time and energy. I make no excuses for him, I just
state the facts as they are. All of us have these things happen, but sometimes
there are just too many for any one of us at one time to handle. Mike has been
spread way too thin and simply has to back off, at least for a while. When
things settle down, and they will in due time, he may decide to do more than he
is currently able to do.
