[Hallicrafters] SX-88 Question

I am in the process of recapping an SX-88 and have hit a snag. The schematic 
calls for C-120 to be 10 mfd @ 150 volts and the cap in my receiver is 250 
mfd @ 50 volts. All caps are the originals and the lead dress and solder work 
is all untouched and original. Others have said Hallicrafters often made 
changes in the specifications after the manuals were printed and many times 
receivers have surfaced that didn't match the schematic. What would be the 
effect on the circuits performance with the two different values? I wonder 
what drove the change? What would you recommend for C-120?
