Just a two cent worth, but I would also say that shipping is going to become
a very LARGE problem for you. Guys just do NOT understand what it takes to
make sure a heavy SX-101 or HT-32 gets where it is going. This means YOU are
also going to have to find a really good packing company and charge for it.
You will also become the "middle man" when items arrive at your location
damaged. You will also have to consider liability insurance for your
"service." Think not??? I've been there, and believe me you will be held
responsible for all sorts of problems that "weren't there when I sent it"
types of claims. I went round and round with some Collins collector folks
over a service I provided free of charge on repair of scrap parts. Go figure.
Just some things to think about I guess. The world and ham radio sure ain't
what it used to be is it???..........Al/W8FAX
