Thanks Roy! I appreciate your knowledge and insight. My experience
with the rubber cement is that, practically speaking, the amount of
rubber cement that is left on the label after a few turns of the tuning
knob is miniscule. Haven't had any problems in 3 years with a dial cord
I treated that way, but I DO like your idea better! Will DEFINITELY
give it a try. Tanx!
