[Hallicrafters] Join HCI 40 Meter Net On Saturday

Please help support your local power company by firing up those Hallicrafters,
or other vintage pieces of gear, that still go glow in the dark, on Saturday
February 16th. Join me for ninety minutes of fun, fellowship, facts and assorted
tidbits of radio lore, trivia and technical stuff. The journey back into a
quieter and gentler time when you could get two cheeseburgers, a sack of french
fries and a chocolate milk shake at McDonalds for a buck, begins at 1:00 PM EST,
(1800 UTC). The frequency will be 7.280 Mhz lsb +/- for key clicks, mike
splatter and sizzling sound of my neighbor's formerly extremely annoying
brainless barking Dalmatian being baked by my new microwave directional beam
gadget. Finally found something useful on one of those early morning
infomercials! 	
	
I hope to hear many of you there to share the air with me. Be there and bring a
