WC2XPF RTTY BROADCAST
WC2XPF is on the air five days per week, and operates per the schedule
listed below.
RTTY.COM operates WC2XPF, a non - commercial / experimental broadcast
station in Auburn, Washington USA that transmits on 6994 KHZ and 13972 KHZ
using the Baudot 5-bit protocol. (ITA#2)
Unless otherwise noted, transmissions are at 60 WPM / 45.45 BAUD using
Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) at 170 Hz Shift.
The purpose of this broadcasting is to determine whether or not there is
any interest on the part of the General Public in receiving news and
information via RTTY, and it also serves as a means for those who have
teleprinters to give their machines something to copy.
Our License expires Midnight 1 April 2002. We need your input to aid us in
renewing. Please click the License Renewal Survey link and add your info
and thoughts.
