[Hallicrafters] HT-32A problem

I have a mint HT-32A xmiter. I can load it on 80 through 15 with no problems, but I can't get it to load on 10 meters! Also, the Calibration level produces a strong signal on 80-15 but hardly audible on 10. I have loaded it into a 50 ohm G5RV Ant. and a 50 ohm dummy load with the same results.

Any suggestions on what the problem might be would greatly appreciated.
