Follow the URL link at the bottom of EVERY
posted message to REMOVE YOURSELF from the list.

If you've forgotten your password, just enter your
eMail address where you're getting the list and click
on the link from that page that sends your password
to you, then after receiving that via email - come
BACK to the page and you can then use that to unsub'.

It's a simple as THAT!  !@#$%^&*((*&^%@#$%^&

And for HEAVENS Sake!  DON'T QUOTE AN ENTIRE THREAD
Just to ask to be removed or post a rant about something!
