I am an Attorney and may or may not be proud of it. Most of this trademark,
copyright, patent  babbling is just that. Those areas of the law are very
specialized and as a general rule only legal specialists in those fields
give such advice. I refer my clients to a specialist because I AM SMART.

Most SMALL TIME issues in those areas of law are not worth fighting about
because it isn't practical to spend THOUSANDS of dollars to keep a logo off
a Tee shirt or to get a royalty from reproduction of a poster that sells for
$5.00.

There are many trademarks and copyrites that are worthless becaue they are
"dead horses" and commercially worthless. Owning some "defunct names" is
worth much less than Confederate Currency at a National Bank.
