[Hallicrafters] Converter for SX-101A?

Apparently those did not even work in receive mode with the SX-101A.  Wrong
IF output frequency.  It might be possible to change it by changing crystals
and re-aligning, but seems a little like overkill.  Ameco apparently made
some converters which worked with 101As.
