[Hallicrafters] Converter for SX-101A?

Don't recall ever seeing any stand-alone converters but they did market
the HA-2 and HA-6 (2 & 6 M) transverters. The transverters had the
ability to convert receivers and transmitters to operate on the 2 and 6
meter bands.
