[Hallicrafters] SX-71 re-cap

I don't think it is necessary to replace the .005 caps unless
individually one is found to be bad.  I just did my SX-71 and
only replaced the usual wax caps and electrolytics.  Resistors
were all checked and replaced where needed.  None of the
.005 caps were bad.
