No, it is absolutely not inappropriate! What you are seeking is not all that
common, so you will have to exercise patience to find one. Even more patience to
locate a 'good' one. Haste can be disastrous in the search for a lust item!

Now that I am aware that you want one, I would be glad to put it on the air
during the HCI Nets, if you so desire. However, please clearly state your

Hi folks -
Is it appropriate to ask if anybody has a very good to excellent HT-18 or
knows where to find one on this list? I put a WTB ad in the HCI website, but
received no responses. If it is inappropriate to look for equipment via this
