[Hallicrafters] Time Change On HCI Global Glow

Due to the lack of a volunteer to assist with relays for the Wednesday Global
Glow, I am reducing the roundtable length. It will begin at 7:00 PM EST and end
at 8:30 PM EST, (0000 UTC - 0130 UTC), effective December 4, 2002. The frequency
will be 14.315 Mhz usb. Unless some of you get off your I.F. cans, this Net will
end on December 18th. Not a threat, I simply can not do all of them by myself
anymore. So somebody will have to pick up the slack.
