I say again, foam board is available very cheap at Home Depot, Loews and 
other hardware stores.  It is easily cut with a box knife (don't try to fly 
with it) and will almost definately insure that the treasure will arrive 
unschathed with a bit of care in packing.  I, for one, would rather spend a 
few bux and a few extra minutes packing to have the item arrive safely than 
to have to listen to tales of woe from the other end. If you feel that you 
must, charge a bit extra for packing.  The foam board is not that costly and 
one package will do several receivers. Even with the foam, double boxing is 
still highly recommended.
