[Hallicrafters] SX-71 Front panel labels

Some thoughts here...

About a year or so ago, I was relabeling my 5100B chassis. I tried
various "transparent" ink jet papers, but they weren't truely transparent,
so I ended up using dry transfer decals. They worked OK, but I wouldn't
trust myself to do it individually for a front panel.

Now, about a month after I did mine, QST advertised a new laser
jet transparent paper that was supposed to be really transparent.

I'll look in my stack of QSTs, but I don't know if I'll find them all.
Heck, some days it a minor miracle to find a clean path to the
radios......
