Its time to do the 4th of July parade in Morgan Hill again. This year it
should be a great parade. Here is a chance for you to see the parade in
front of all the other onlookers. We need volunteers more than ever this
year. If you like to do public service work, here is a chance to use you
amateur skills and have a great time at the same time.
Please meet at the Morgan Hill Grange at 0830 on Monday July 4th. The
Grange is located on 4th street near depot. (towards the railroad tracks).
I am looking forward to having a great time with all of you that can help.
Hours needed to work the event are from 0830 until about 1pm. This is when
it usually is over. If you volunteer please bring a EAR PIECE . We have
bands and bagpipe units that are so loud that it is impossible to hear
without a headset or ear piece. We will be using 147.825 repeater as usual.
Looking forward to seeing you all on the 4th of July.
P.S. Party at my house after the parade, families welcome. Food, drinks,
and swimming.(14500 Atherton Circle, M.H.)
Regards,
Bob Brentnall
