Hi gang,
I went back and re-read the original message. Please note that TWO
classes are being announced.
EC-002 begins August 26. Registration is open through August 17, or
until all seats are filled.
EC-003 begins September 2. Registration is open through the weekend
of August 23-24, or until all available seats have been filled --
whichever comes first.
As I see it, the writer tried to say too much in one sentence. Worse,
he did it twice. Perhaps it would have been better to phrase each
class announcement in two or more sentences. I think that's what Mr.
Jordan, my high school English teacher, would have recommended.
