[GVARC] Mexico Ham/Humanitarian Trip

Folks,

We are set to go to Mexico, to San Vicente, South of Ensenada, Leaving Sat 
23 Nov and returning on Thanksgiving Day to Monterey.  We will be primarily 
meeting local hams, and building a radio network for the medical community 
in San Vicente.  Building VHF stations,/Installing Radios and antennas at 2, 
possibly 3 fixed locations, and providing/installing possibly 2 mobile 
radios in Medical brigade vehicles.
One of our team has had to step out of the trip, so we welcome any who may 
want to join us in this trip..
