Hi all,

Steve, WD6AAS, was kind enough to donate some equipment to GVARC for
indefinite use my its members. I announced the list of items on the net
tonight and so some of the items are now gone. Here is a list of items we
still have to give away...

1. Heathkit Model 10-4101 Vectorscope; used for tracing and adjusting color
TV equipment. Could be fun to just play with. Look like it actually
receives the lower TV channels (Channel 2-10). Could be of use to amateur
TV buffs!

2. B&K Model 960 Transistor Radio Analyst; looks like a comprehensive
transistor checker (beta, gain etc in RF spectrums.

3. RCA SeniorVoltOhmyst Volt/Ohm meter. Large meter with mirror strip.
These were considered top at one time. Has the RCA WG-299D probe with it.
Could perhaps measure high impedance voltages with it.

4. Heathkit Model IT-3120 FET/Transistor tester.

5. Heathkit code oscillator (uses a 9 volt battery); built in speaker and
tone/volume controls with headphone jack

6. New (in package) inexpensive but working Morse hand key

7. Used Morse hand key (mounted on a plate - nice one)

8. E.F. Johnson Model 250-20 Low Pass Filter (a classic)
Anyone that is into classic radios could use this

10. Micronta Dynamic Transistor Checker

11. Realistic Model 43-212B FM Wireless Intercom (only one station)

12-13. --taken--

14. NonLinear Systems miniature digital multimeter; doesn't work
Looks like it had batteries go bad. Cute though. With manual.

15. Toshiba DC Power Supply; DC output cord doesn't have plug on the end;
15V DC at 2.7A

16. --taken--

17. Automatic Radio Model XMC-3763 AM/FM/Cassette car radio with antenna

18. Realistic Model 12-1371 Auto Weather Radio converter; converts 162.4
and 162.55 to 1.4 MHZ AM

19-20. -- taken--

21. Yaesu Model YM-23 Condenser microphone; has keypad on mic; 4 pin DIN
connector

22-26. --taken--

27. Power Mate Corporation Model BP6-A precision 0-5 V variable power supply
with variable current supply from 0 to 4 amps.; air cooled; rugged package
(this was actually surplus equipment that I have donated to the club)

28. Motorola TRAXAR 800 Mhz. Trunked mobile FM transceiver radio Model
D35TDA5G00DK.
Found that it is a stripped down MOSTAR radio. (see
http://www.batlabs.com/mostar.html for data on it. Can program frequencies
with PROM!) - Just what we all need. Take this boat anchor from me,
please, before I get interested in playing with it!

So there is the list. Thanks to those who have taken items already! I'm
holding on to one of them for Tony.

     Regards, frank
