[GVARC] Montrerey BBQ/Ham Event Sep 14

Hi Guys,

A reminder that Sept 14, from 1 to 7pm, is the Monterey Bay Getaway, a 
Marina Rotary Event, that is a BBQ and Mixer.  The Chief of Police is the 
Head planner of the event.  We expect at least 200 folks, and have been 
asked to put on a ham demo.  We can do an HF station, and also an Echolink 
demo.  I am looking for ham volunteers to man the station.  It will be at 
the CSUMB Community Center, an environment very similar to what Radiofest 
was in...Open to suggestions wrt other Ham activities...perhaps some Ham 
videos...the site has a player...
