[GVARC] Anyone recommend transcription Svc?

Hi Folks,

We have a need for a transcription service to take some existing audio tape 
minutes of ham radio club meetings and transcribe them to a text file, or MS 
word file.  I dont know anyone in that business, so ask your recommendations 
for such...would that be under court reporters, secretarial services, 
stenotypists,  what?  What would be the most economical way to put to text 
about  8 hours of Ham club meetings?  Would it be cost-prohibitve?  Anyone 
want to do it homebrew?  Trade ham things for labor?
