[GreenKeys] Wheatstone Tape Perforator - Kleinschmidt, Creed, Tele type, Boehme

So, 400 WPM Morse? This would require a CW op with fingers on steroids 
to copy. What was actually used on the receiving end? Did we revert to 
Morse's original ink markings on tape for decoding later?
