[GreenKeys] Model 15 Governed motor, tuning fork.

The simple way amateurs did in Germany back in the old RTTY days was to
count the printed
characters in 10 seconds.
60 characters (almost one line) = 45 baud
67 characters (one line) = 50 baud

Hit one letter key and then repeat key (if available).
