[GreenKeys] Model 28 stock ticker type

Much to learn! Deramp has many bits of history here:

He has documented some of what we are rediscovering about these 
incredible designs. Now we might need to find some transparent tape on 
which to print? And to sort out the version of 6bit code that was needed 
on the stock tickers so we can make up a test afsk mp3.

Apparently having two print hammers and 6bit was to speed things up at 
135 Baud to avoid the time for mechanical shifts and not for upper and 
lower case.
