[GreenKeys] UGC-136 reduced to $700 starting bid

My estimate to get this done without multiple hernias is still $10k.

Each pallet purchased and shipped is easily $1200

So if 8 people want to cough up $1200 each we are good to go, assuming the
pallets are equally stacked.

I am in for one pallet @ $1200
