[GreenKeys] Need a UGC-136 teleprinter (or 46) ?

I would suggest, if we are to proceed with bidding, whoever takes on the
project should register with the auctioneer and be prepared! It wouldn't
hurt if more than one greenkeyer was ready. Once that is done, I would
keep an eye on the bidding near the end and be prepared for what is
called on ebay as "sniping" in the last seconds of the bidding process.
Also, for $10,000, I can't see why, over time, one wouldn't easily get a
return on the $ investment. On the negative side, it's committing the
large chunk of time an energy. On the plus side, look at the technology
history that is preserved and the enjoyment!
Much of what we see lost of old gear has been because of its out of
reach location and shipping costs. We need to create a fund to keep the
old goodies out of the trash.
