[GreenKeys] Model 33 motor clutch gets hung up

Hey Wayne, I gave him one he is using from the extras Paul sent.
We got his 33 fully working today, planning to clean mine and oil his more
this Saturday, hoping that some oil prevents the erroneous ditributor
clutch engagement. I had the same issue and I remember needing to do a
slight adjustment but his is in far better shape.
On cleaning my 33, it is fully working but quite grimy. I got a large
shallow bin and plan to spot clean and oil but not submerge.
