[GreenKeys] Model 33 ASR Keyboard question

I took the printer part of my teletype out of the bottom to clean it and 
replace the oil pad.

In order to put the h-plate back i had to remove the keyboard cover.  I 
thought i was super careful, however, when I got the keyboard cover back 
on, I had lost the ability to type all control characters include 
Carriage Return and Line Feed.

The printer still prints then if I send remotely but they keyboard wont' 
type or send any control character  It looks like the control key is 
installed correctly but I'm lost.  In my model the control key is short 
and doesn't hit the 6th codabar.

Any one have any ideas?
