[GreenKeys] Two steps forward (model 28 gear issue)

Sad to say I -likely- wont be doing RTTY from the ship for Museum Ships weekend; the new gear broke today so theres definitely an issue or two and Im infinitely bummed. I used my last day off to try to prep things at the ship but the machine made the noise of death again. My white flag is out for now.

(However, I do have a ugc-20 from Mr. Nick, question is, do I have the grunt to lug it in tomorrow? Hrmm) (its now loaded in the car)

I started some effort sorting out the wiring to #1, as I could get it on the air at 75 baud, but they chopped the loops right at the entrance in the base. They really mutilated the wiring in that one. (Its hacked together with a local loop).

Also as a side note, I did a little experiment thanks to Ethan from Hamvention, and using a MAX232 (actually a MAX3232) spits out perfect +\- 6v when driving it at 3.3v, so that may help with eliminating an ESA for sending at least, and now I have a pile of 6v power supplies I no longer need lol.
