1. Sorry for the first message in html forgot aboit that default. 

2. Last time I looked the sizes are too small for the services to comercialy print in metal, the cross section on some parts is less than 1mm thickness.

Really casting or cnc is my best option but neither are exactly accessible to me right now

Out of curiosity, since you have the 3D model, did you try pricing 3D Printing the metal at JLC3DP?

They now do SLM – 316L Stainless steel which might be good enough.

Hey all,

 

I ask every year or so incase someone ends up with new gear. I have a mostly working Model 26 but it has the finance pallet set with fractions instead of symbols.Even though I completely 3d modeled them. I couldn't manage to cnc them since aluminum is the heaviest material my machine can take. And there is no 3d printed material I can use that withstands the impact.If anyone has a lead on the a spare pallet set or the full wheel of standard characters (bonus points of thr pounds sterling symbol) please let me know.
