[GreenKeys] UGC-136BX Power

The time is 1615 here, and I just received 6 emails about the UGC-135BX, 
with time stamps from 0005 to 1221. Wonder where they have been??

Michael,

Military TTYs often have big filters on the AC line that will trip a 
GFCI.  I have had problems with a TT-69A & TT-98 and had to install a 
separate AC receptacle for them.  I also put a switch on the receptacle 
because those filter caps are always directly across the AC line.  They 
are supposed to be able to handle the line voltage, but when they are 70 
years old, I don't trust them and always kill the AC power to them.
