Some questions and discussions from the ship today, maybe Nick or Duncan might have insight:

1. Does anyone know if an IOWA class ship had any Model 15 gear onboard when first deployed?

2. Would message handling ever send or receive personal traffic for sailors onboard from friends/family (aka telegrams) other than military orders?
