[GreenKeys] Autostart

Spinning a 33 up and down again for each message vs running the motor
continuously, I would love to know if there was any guidance on the 33 for
best practices.
I imagine if you only have say 30 seconds between messages, spinning up and
down does more harm than good, one hour, obviously far better to spin down,
where is the line?
