[GreenKeys] Teletype Cleaning

There used to be a professional Teletype repair man who just soaked
the whole thing in kerosene, then used a brush on the parts where
the crud did not dissolve.

Back in the 1950s in my youthful ignorance - Ray Morrison had given
me enough pieces of broken M15s to make a whole machine - and I took
it all apart and used Gunk followed by water wash and reassembly.
