[GreenKeys] OT: Measurement of Power Line Noise, now power costs

 Power costs can be an interesting subject, for even for residential service, there mayvery well be variable and fixed costs for service, above the specific energy costs.
Looking at a few previous billings from Clay Electric Cooperative, in Florida, the energycost is 8 cents per kWh for the first 1000 kWh.  Above 1000 kWh, the energy charge increases to 9.13 cents.  
But there are other costs, and the per kWh cost for a number of monthly billings, the billing amount divided by the kWh usage ranges from about 11.63 cents to 13.39 cents.
