[Apologies if this came through twice, I initially sent it from an
unsubscribed e-mail address and I believe it was blocked.]
Does anyone know what the intended use for a 101E-type data set was? I'm
going through a large set of data set BSP binders from the JKL Museum and
see it listed as Special rated in the 591 Division index, 591-021 layer.
Can't find any other references to it and it's missing from what are
otherwise incredibly complete binders. Was probably in limited production.
My initial guess would be for internal Bell System uses but could be
government related too. Can't find anything in the available card catalog
cards. It's not even listed in the manufacturer discontinued cards for data
sets.
The 101A, B, and C were used for TWX so presumably the 101E was used in a
similar setting. Just can't find any information on it.
