[GreenKeys] Newbie setting up an m26

Hi Mike,

Probably just an iTTY or something Telex-like, if anything. I have yet to
dabble into ham radio apart (although I spin records among other things on
an FM-band college radio show…which is my closest association with the
medium).

I’ll start with the small voltage tests before hauling in the heavy
artillery, as per other fellow folks.
