[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

I am curious are you sure the motor is a 60hz motor?  If it was a 50hz motor it would run roughly 15-20% faster on 60hz power.  It would be odd for it to have that issue but just a suggestion just the same.  Does it run fine at 75baud (100wpm)?
