[GreenKeys] 28 mini KSR (ugc-20/ugc-77) speed

There are 3 separate pairs of gears that get selected by the lever. So
somehow you aren’t really selecting the 45.5 pair. There is no adjusting
the speed except by selecting one of the pairs. I’ll take some photos.
