Well, it does — it’s just all of the landlords with deep pockets are snapping them up like hotcakes (and driving up prices in the process -_- )…..

O/T:  A small, two bedroom / one bath house here on my block just sold — a great little starter home for newlyweds just out of college… but a married couple from the Country Club (who already own six or so houses in the city) bought it for double the price of mine (when I bought it ten years ago — with three bedrooms / two baths, a finished basement, etc.) aaaaaand — turned it into a rental :/ .  What a waste >_<* …..
