Larry, are the felts identifiable?  I've currently got a Model 15 mainshaft all apart (it's a beautiful thing...) and I'd strongly consider replacing the felts if yours are identifiable (maybe even just by measurement?) and you'd be willing to let some go for a fee...

You got any M15 mainshaft bearings, haha?
