I'm thinking of just labeling the switch Mark High and Mark Low. Of
course, that's for audio and is reversed if running LSB. If the keying is
hand typed or has pauses, you can look at the tuning scope to see if it's
right. I'm used to seeing mark as a horizontal line on the scope and space
vertical. It would be nice if reversing switches also switched the scope
instead of just having each filter drive horizontal or vertical all the
time. The "if it doesn't work, try the other way" approach reminds me of a
product I saw many years ago that used BPSK. It would look for framing
errors and reverse if there were a bunch.
