[GreenKeys] Normal and Reverse

The CV-2460 is indeed bass-ackwards from some other military converters and
from the the CV-3510 series that replaced it.
The military did switch from transmitting mark-high to mark-low. at some
point, so maybe the CV-2460 straddled that change..
The manuals for receive converters often threw up their hands and said -
"If teletype printer is printing garbled copy, set converter POLARITY
switch to REVERSE"
