[GreenKeys] Mystery Navy Keyboard

I've never seen one like it.  Looks to be parallel output (not serial).

All the MITE keyboards I've seen slide into the base.  This seems to be 
a stand-alone keyboard.

You said "It has a nice set of M19 key caps."  are they the springy 
Teletype Corp. key caps?  If so, probably a Teletype Corp. special?
