[GreenKeys] Mystery Navy Keyboard

I picked up a keyboard from a surplus company. It didn't come with much 
of a description or any Navy part number, but appeared to be for a MITE 
type piece of gear. It has a nice set of M19 key caps. I thought it 
might be usable as stand alone transmit keyboard, but no dice. Does 
anyone recognize it and know its history? It's nicely made, but might 
just be pricey set of key caps....
