[GreenKeys] CV-2455 Update

Mark,

Test Points J6 & 7 are for reading the loop current. If it reads 0V 
between J6 & 7, that says the loop is open, which is why the Mite is 
running open.  This could be due to a problem in the CV-2455, or in 
configuration of the Mite.

Short the loop connection at the Mite and read the voltage at J6 & 7.  
If OK, the problem is in the Mite. If no voltage at J6 & 7, then the 
problem is in the CV-2455.

(I have a PRC-47 & CV-2455, but never fired it up.)
