[GreenKeys] CV-2455 Update

[MilComm Guy]

 I looked in the manual and part of the initial use says the test points J6
and J7 should show 0.2 VDC if not adjust R45, well I have zero volts with
no change in adjusting R45 so I would say I have an issue.
