Thanks! An old sketch of the software is at
https://w6iwi.org/rtty/DspTU/DspTuHw221023.pdf#page=7 . It's pretty much
the same as an analog TU but using biquad filters instead of analog
circuitry. All the code is at https://github.com/HaroldHallikainen/DSP_TU2
.

Great! Back in the 1970s, I taped up circuit boards on plastic film using
supplies from Bishop Graphics. I then got schematic capture and PCB layout
from Dasoft that ran under CP/M. I still have the Houston Instrument
plotter. Then moved to PCB layout software from Advanced Microcomputer
Systems in Florida. Then moved to a company where someone else did the
schematic capture and board layout. Once retired, I've now gone on to use
KiCad. I really like that Digikey and Mouser have links to symbols and
footprints for parts. I used to spend so much time on that!

I've used LibreCAD a little for 2D drawings. I used it to make drawings
for our kitchen remodel.

All fun stuff!
