[GreenKeys] [External] Model 33 Keyboard - Bit 4 stuck high

I never fixed the paper tape reader power supply, as I have modern paper
tape readers.

I know the printer works correctly, but yeah could be distributor or
keyboard.

Do you know which wire is bit 4? So, are the wires normally marking and the
encoding wires make them space, or vice versa?

Thank you! Also, any updates on your attempts to make new paper tape?
